New Student Profile: James Greshik
A former Cochrane-Fountain City student, James is looking forward to his seventh grade year here at Cotter.
“I was nervous and excited for my first day of school” said James.
James and his older sister, Julia (junior) are two of six kids from their family currently at Cotter. James is currently a member of the cross country and placed 6th in the boy’s junior high cross country race at the Crazy Buffalo Invitational in La Crescent, Minnesota. He also plans on joining the track team, and the ever popular speech team later this fall.
“My favorite subject is lunch and my favorite lunch is ‘build your own pasta’.” On the topic of lunch (if you aren’t already hungry), the best part of James’s school day is walking back from lunch.
James stated that he does not have a favorite teacher because he likes them all.
Lastly, James’s advice for new Cotter students is simple, “don’t get lost”.
