October 27

Packed with fans sporting red, green, and in support of Hockey Fights Cancer Night: Lavender, was the Xcel Energy Center, hosting what would prove to be a competitive match-up in the form of Wild vs Oilers.

As well as a memorable moment of silence f20151027_183158 (1)or the recently passed Head Coach of the Timberwolves: Flip Saunders.

Thankfully, the Wild not only showed up to fight against cancer, they also showed up to battle the Edmonton Oilers and in a 3rd period rally, bested the Oilers with a score of 4-3. Notable performances were brought by Defenseman Ryan Suter (2 goals), and the game-winning goa

It was a wonderful night for Hockey Fans and a great way to show our support for those fighting against cancer.
