New Space For A Familiar Face

The summer brought many changes to Cotter and one of these involves a familiar face. Mr. Forney changed positions from principal of Cotter Junior High to his new role as Dean of Academics. Mr. Forney also moved to a new, more centrally located office. Mr. Forney has now set up shop in the space formally occupied by the 3rd floor chapel, which has moved down to the St. Joseph’s room on the first floor, in the space previously occupied by HBC. Mr. Forney is looking forward to his new spot and the office is already a busy spot with students checking schedules, studying or checking in with Mr. Forney. The corner space next to the skyway makes it a convenient spot for stundents and teachers to see Mr. Forney. He stated that one of the reasons he likes the new space is “it makes it easier to connect with more kids here.”
