Last Thursday, September 3, the Cotter Ramblers (0-3) clashed with Triton (3-0), falling behind early in the first quarter to end 6 – 48 at the half.

“(Triton) was a physical team” said senior captain Mac Whaley, “they played strong through all four quarters”.

Though the football team can’t ignore the dropped passes and missed tackles, players continue to maintain a positive outlook on the season.

“The team is working well together in practice” said senior captain Andy Tofstad, “this year’s practices are more productive than any from last year”.

The Ramblers move on to play Zumbrota (0-3) this Friday at Zumbrota-Mazeppa High School.
