Patrick Morgan displays the winning prize from the NCCA bracket challenge

Patrick Morgan, Cotter 9th grader, correctly called the Kansas-Villanova semifinal and had Kansas as the winning entry in the NCAA men’s tourney bracket challenge at Cotter, to stage a come from behind win in the final weekend of the tournament.

The Donut Bracket challenge was started by Cotter grad Mac Whaley, here are some past winners:

Makayla Finnegan finished in 2nd place after leading heading into the final four

 

Nick Celius finished in 3rd place by choosing 3 of the 4 final four teams correctly

 

Mary Row finished in a tie for 4th and had 2 of the final four selected

 

Ryan Hesch finished in a tie for 4th by correctly choosing Kansas as the champion
