Mr. Pat Mullen, Cotter parent and Chief Financial Officer at Behrens Manufacturing, was the first speaker at the “Boys 2 Men” group.

The group provides  a chance for high school boys to have a conversation with a person from the community who shares their personal story and delivers some advice to the students.

Mr. Mullen spoke to the group on Friday, December 13,  at 7:45 AM in the Centennial gym.  In addition to sharing some of his experiences growing up and in his professional life,  he urged the group to find their own path by establishing core values and preparing a skill set that will allow them to advance when opportunities present themselves.
