Winter weather is here and so the cold wind!

Cotter students pace to the lunchroom has picked up. All of them race with their arms crossed and are not even talking. It’s too cold to for that, it’s also time to get out the winter coats.  The temperature in Winona dipped from 64 degrees on Monday to low 20s the rest of the week.
